TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

Payment is possible with Visa Card, Mastercard, VisaDankort, e-Dankort, , Maestro, Visa Electron and Dankort. When ordering, please submit card number, expiration date, and control numbers. There is no fee for using credit cards. The total amount of your order will not be withdrawn before the order has been shipped. 

SAFETY

We use Quickpay as payment gateway which uses the safety protocol SSL. SSL encrypts information between an internet browser (owner of card) and an internet server (company). This means, that the information which is transferred when paying with your card, is protected during the transfer from your computer to ours. SSL is a common way to encrypt when conducting electronic trade and is a very safe solution. Please go to www.pbs-international.dk for more information about how an SSL payment is processed.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Your information – name, address and email – will be transmitted encrypted when sent to us. You will see a padlock in the right lower corner. We only use your information to process your order, to send you the web shop newsletter, if you have signed up for this, and to inform you in case of unexpected problems regarding your delivery. Furthermore, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. We save information about your purchase for 2 years to ensure correct handling in case of complaints. 

DELIVERY

We deliver globally using Link Logistic A/S as shipping partner. Freightcost in Denmark is free with GLS while your order exceeds DKK 1.000. For orders below DKK 1.000 the freight cost in Denmark is DKK 39. To destinations outside of Denmark we use UPS and FedEx directly to your adress. Freight costs and delivery time to foreign countries vary according to destination and will appear on the order listing and the order confirmation. A track and trace number will be sent to you as soon as the package has been shipped. Orders received before 10:00 A.M on working days will be sent the same day, if in stock.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After purchasing an item, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation includes an order number, your name and address, payment method, delivery address as well as a list of the items ordered.

RECEIPT

The receipt is the final step of the purchasing process, and we recommend that you print the receipt right after the purchase. The receipt must be used in case of returning or claiming.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to a refund within 14 days upon purchase. Returned items must be unused and with price labels on. We reimburse damaged goods. Shipping costs related to refunds are not compensated.

WARRANTY

Upon reception, you have a 2 year warranty according to the Sale of Goods Act. The warranty rights do not account for clothing that has not been handled correctly. Complaints regarding faulty items should be addressed to shop@bygroth.com within a week after the fault has been discovered or should have been discovered. We must be informed about the exact nature of the problem.

RETURN ITEMS

Returned items should be sent to the address listed below (company info).
